PHC has proudly served our community for many years, but we’re always looking for ways to do more. We’ve developed a program to help those suffering from diabetes, including free exercise and fitness programs, deeply discounted medications and much more.

Meet Our Endocrinologist
Dr. Anna Ruiz Allison is our Endocrinologist and also serves as the Medical Director for PHC. She is originally from New York, but received her training in Puerto Rico. Dr. Allison has completed a fellowship with MD Anderson hospital and has over 30 years of experience. She is calm, professional and friendly, striving to make each patient comfortable.

Exercise Class
In partnership with the YMCA and City Parks and Rec, we offer fitness classes to help improve your health and mobility.
Food Distribution
For those that qualify, PHC has a food distribution program that can provide up to 30 lbs of food every 2 weeks.
340B Pharmacy and On-Site Services
We offer the convenience of a 340B pharmacy, lab, and imaging on-site. Our pharmacy provides many medications as low as $5 for those who qualify.
Dental Care
Our dentist provides a cleaning, exam, and Xray for just $49.00, the lowest price anywhere.
