It’s the hap-happiest season of all! 2022 has zipped along to the end in the blink of an eye. This is the time of year we pause and reflect on everything we’ve discussed on our blog. Whether you’re a new or returning client, this is a great way for you to learn more about what we do.

This year, we’ve had the opportunity to discuss various topics related to our industry. These topics have included:
- COVID Updates
- Health Tips
- Disease Information
COVID Updates
This year we saw the end of the COVID pandemic at large. Up until the end of the pandemic, we were giving regular updates to what was the latest news on the virus. From handling the anxiety that came with the pandemic, to what the newest variant was, we were there to provide information about what was happening.
It goes without saying that we are happy the pandemic is over. We are also glad we got to be a source of information to help you be aware of our situation.
Health Tips
We also got to give our audiences plenty of health tips for their everyday lives. This year we got to talk about everything from how to take care of yourself in the sun to allergies. We love providing you with information that will help you in the future.
Disease Information
Finally, we got to give you all information about several different common diagnoses like heart disease, hypertension, and other important information. We got to go over all of these diseases so if any of you are diagnosed with them, you know what to expect. In the future, we would like to cover a wider range of diagnoses so we can help more people.
Happy Holidays from PHC!
If there’s one thing we’re celebrating this holiday season, it’s you – our clients. As we near the end of the year, we’re grateful for your continued support and look forward to all that is to come. Happy Holidays from our family to yours!
